I have been helping people buy and sell homes for over 25 years. I specialize and take great pride in assisting active and retired military who are relocating to and from Hampton Roads. Being ex-military as well as the daughter of a two star General, I’m is familiar with the specific needs of military personnel and their families. I know the importance of noticing the details and being organized.In addition to working with our troops, I love to work with first time home buyers and help them to purchase their American Dream with little to no money out of pocket. Prior to my Real Estate career, I served as a musician in the U.S. Army, and spent twenty-one years in management in the fields of real estate development, property management, and the architecture. As a former military ‘brat’, I have lived in many parts of the world such as Italy, Germany, and Vietnam and I have a strong ability to relate to and communicate with people from diverse backgrounds.
Education and training are paramount and I believe that if I am going to do something, I am going to do it right. My passion for learning drove me to graduate Summa Cum Laude from Old Dominion University. Since embarking on my real estate career, my passion for learning has not dwindled. She has far exceeded the Virginia educational requirements while pursuing extensive on-going training in my field. Additionally I possess vast knowledge in home staging that has proven to be a tremendous asset to my clients to improve the salability of many homes. I have also completed an intensive Advanced Individual Training Series provided by nationally recognized Johnny Loewy, that covered a broad range of topics from marketing listings for a quick sale, to assisting families in danger of foreclosure and contract negotiations.
